For $48 million, you could get a 15,000-square-foot mansion — fully furnished and complete with $2.5 million sliding glass doors.

Built by developer John Saca, the modernist house that just hit the market includes six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It sits on 1.1 acres of land and features Italian furniture and special concrete cedar wood walls.

Other highlights include an infinity-edge pool, a 22-person home theater, a wine room with a 1,000-bottle cellar, three stocked bars and a separate entertainment pavilion outside with not one but two firepits.

Jesse Lally and Branden Williams of Hilton & Hyland have the listing.

Saca bought the site for $8.5 million in 2013 and tore down the original residence, formerly owned by James Woods, an actor known for playing villains. The developer had built the home for himself but ultimately decided to sell it, according to a Hilton & Hyland representative.

In staging the house to stand out in the luxury market, Lally, who contributed to designing the home, did some literal curation. The home includes a 850-square-foot art gallery that currently boasts a Picasso sketch and works by Damien Hirst and Andy Warhol among its 28 pieces, but they are not included as part of the $48 million deal.

They are, however, negotiable for purchase. Picasso’s “Fumeur à la Cigarette Rouge” sketch has an asking price of $110,000. [WSJ]Cathaleen Chen
