The average price of the 34 single-family residences that sold in L.A.’s Los Feliz neighborhood in the fourth quarter was $2.3 million, according to a report by the Agency.
Homes sold for an average of $658 a square foot. They sold at a 3.3 percent discount to their listing price.
There were 11 condos sold in the fourth quarter, and the average price was $594,800. They sold for an average of $400 a square foot.
At the start of 2016, there were 30 homes on the market in Los Feliz with an average listing price of $2.6 million.
