Back in September, Johnny Depp listed an enviable collection of five penthouse apartments in downtown Los Angeles’ Eastern Columbia Building, a swanky, turquoise Art Deco building.
Now, less than two months later, the second of the bunch has just been snapped up.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the two-story corner unit sold for just a pinch under $3.1 million. The 2,400-square-foot spread comes with dark hardwood floors, dramatic light fixtures, high ceilings, a rooftop garden and an enclosed terrace. [More]
