Chinese film star Li Bingbing, known for her roles in “Resident Evil: Retribution” and “Transformers: Age of Extinction,” has sold her Brentwood home for $2.75 million, after putting it on the market for $2.98 million in October.
The 5,800-square-foot, five-bedroom home dates back to 1991 and sits on nearly a half acre of land. The property features a sauna, gym and wet bar in the finished basement, a formal living room and fireplaces with marble surrounds. Outside, a spacious deck overlooks a golf course and offers wide views of the city.
Li bought the home for $2.43 million three years ago, records show. Sonny Saito of Hilton & Hyland and Ting Gao of Dynasty Realty had the listing. Paul Siau of Century 21 Masters represented the buyer.
The actress currently has a role in the upcoming horror film “Nest,” and has begun shooting for the prehistoric shark thriller “Meg.” [LAT] — Chava Gouarie
