The sellers were Gordon and Noel Hentschel, according to property records. The Hentschels own the Gatsby-esque 330-acre Stonepine Estate in the Carmel Valley, known to play host to high-profile meetings and weddings.
Linda May of Hilton and Hyland and Joe Babajian were the listing agents for the property. Drew Fenton of Hilton and Hyland represented Niami.
