Warwick Evans House at 12036 Benmore Terrace in Brentwood
The Brentwood house that Frank Lloyd Wright Jr. built for cellist and London String Quartet co-founder Charles Warwick Evans has been re-listed at discount of almost $1 million.
The 3,161-square-foot Warwick Evans House at 12036 Benmore Terrace was first listed by Juliette Hohnen of Douglas Elliman in September 2015 for $5.2 million. It was pulled off the market in October, and was recently re-listed by Hohnen and Victor Kaminoff of Coldwell Banker Previews International for $4.4 million.

The master bedroom in the Warwick Evans House
Originally built by the younger Wright in 1936, the four-bedroom home was modified and added to, then subsequently restored to its current condition. It sits on a half-acre of land surrounded by a Mayan-Inspired fountain and a Koi pond.
