The Brentwood house that Frank Lloyd Wright Jr. built for cellist and London String Quartet co-founder Charles Warwick Evans has been re-listed at discount of almost $1 million.

The 3,161-square-foot Warwick Evans House at 12036 Benmore Terrace was first listed by Juliette Hohnen of Douglas Elliman in September 2015 for $5.2 million. It was pulled off the market in October, and was recently re-listed by Hohnen and Victor Kaminoff of Coldwell Banker Previews International for $4.4 million.
