Adam Fleischman, restaurateur and founder of gourmet burger chain Umami Burger, is selling his Mid-City home — which touts its own creek.

The entrepreneur has listed his 3,900-square-foot residence in the Brookside neighborhood off Longwood Avenue for $2.7 million, Curbed reported. Fleischman purchased the property in 2011 for $1.8 million.

The five-bedroom, two-bathroom home was built in 1925. The kitchen includes a “Viking stove,” according to the listing. The backyard is steps away from Brookside brook, which runs behind the property.

Brookside is known for having its own castle, called Chateaux Castle. The neighborhood takes up only eight streets east of Highland Boulevard and south of Wilshire Boulevard, near Hancock Park and Windsor Square.

Anne Loveland and Sue Carr of Coldwell Banker have the listing. [Curbed] — Subrina Hudson
