Malibu may soon be one Kennedy short.
Actress Cheryl Hines and her husband, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.,listed their Point Dume home for $6.45 million.
They acquired the property for just under $5 million three years ago, the Los Angeles Times reported. Coldwell Banker’s Chris Cortazzo has the listing.
The barn-style home, which is painted bright red, spans 3,000 square feet and has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a brick-lined fireplace, a family media room and a separate reading room.
The nearly one-acre property also includes two guest houses, a pool house, a wine shed and a two-story treehouse.
