A condo building at 3109 Strongs Drive in Marina del Rey
Marina del Rey saw 73 condo sales in the fourth quarter at an average sale price of $1.02 million, according to a report by the Agency.
The condos sold for an average of $604 a square foot. They sold for 1.39 percent above listing price.
At the start of 2016, there were 41 condos on the market at an average listing price of $1.2 million, or $692 a square foot.
