“Birdman” producer James Skotchdopole has listed his Malibu nest for $2.45 million, Variety reported.
The Oscar-winning filmmaker bought the ranch-style cottage in the early 1990s for $630,000. It spans just over 1,700 square feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The property features an open living area with maple wood floors and a stone fireplace, a dining terrace, a media lounge and an open-plan kitchen. The master bedroom has its own terrace with French doors.
Skotchdopole’s other films include “The Revenant” and “Django Unchained.” [Variety] — Cathaleen Chen
