Nine condos sold in Venice in the fourth quarter for an average price of $1.35 million, according to a report by the Agency.
They sold for an average of $783 a square foot, at 2.31 percent over listing price.
There were seven condos listed at the start of 2016 for an average listing price of $2.4 million, or $1,167 a square foot.
