The smart home also features a wraparound deck with two outdoor showers and an electric car charging station in the garage. Sigel first listed in May 2015 for $7.5 million but removed the listing the following year.
Sigel has worked on a number of films over the years such as “Drive,” “Valkyrie” and more recently, “X-Men: Apocalypse.” He is the son of the late Irving Sigel, a prominent psychologist.
