Taylor Swift’s home better never go out of style.

The Beverly Hills City Council has approved the singer’s request to grand the 1934-built Samuel Goldwyn Estate landmark status, Fox News reported.

The five-member council voted unanimously in favor of the historic designation, Fox News reported. Even Mayor Lili Bosse gave her stamp of approval.

“I think this is a true community gem and really so thrilled that this will be landmarked and preserved,” she said.

The pop singer bought the 11,000-square-foot, four-bedroom mansion for $25 million in 2015 and has been busy restoring it to its original condition. The Laurel Way property, designed by architect Douglas Honnold, has a card room, a library,  theatre, a guest suite, and a lighted tennis court.

A historic designation could increase the value of the home, but would also make future construction more difficult, experts said. [Fox]Cathaleen Chen
