Iggy Azalea and her home on Wells Drive
She may be in the fast lane from L.A. to Tokyo, but Iggy Azalea is done with Tarzana.
The “Fancy” rapper just listed her home in the Valley for $3.6 million, Variety reported, two-and-a-half years after acquiring it for $3.45 million with her then-fiance Nick Young.
Spanning 6,600 square feet, the 2012-built property contains six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It features a chef’s kitchen, game room, and attached guest house with its own entrance.
Outside, the 0.8-acre grounds has a pool, spa, kitchen, fire pit, and basketball court.
