Cesar Millan, famous for his TV series “Dog Whisperer,” has found a new home in Encino for $2.78 million.

The dog behaviorist sold his Studio City home last month for $2.06 million, at about $206,000 over the asking price.

His new 5,415-square-foot property has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the Los Angeles Times reported.

It also features a temperature-controlled wine room, a master suite with cathedral ceilings and a two-sided fireplace. The backyard has a salt water pool and spa.

The property first hit the market in November with an asking price of $2.9 million, according to listing records.

Jodie Francisco of Dilbeck Real Estate had the listing. Lisa Gaber of LA Property Investment represented the whisperer.

Millan currently hosts and produces the Nat Geo Wild series “Cesar Millan’s Dog Nation” with his son, Andre. [LAT]Subrina Hudson
