Italian film producer Gianni Nunnari sold his gated beachfront home on Malibu Cove Colony for $10.4 million.
The contemporary-style home built in 1988 was owned by actor Bruce Willis more than ten years ago and was asking $11 million.
The 4,640-square-foot home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms with a step-down living and dining room area, the Los Angeles Times reported.
It also has a gym with a sauna and terraces on each level with transparent guardrails.
Beata Mandell of Executive Realty Group had the listing. Brant Didden of 4 Malibu Real Estate represented the buyer.
Nunnari purchased the property in 204 for $7.8 million, according to property records.
The producer is the founder and chief executive of Hollywood Gang Productions. His credits include “300” (2006) and “The Departed” (2006), which won four Oscars including best picture, according to the LA Times. [LAT] — Subrina Hudson
