They sold for an average of $2.03 million and for an average of $1,089 a square foot.
On average, the homes sold close to their listing price, at only a 0.03 percent discount.
At the start of 2016, there were 46 homes listed in Venice, asking an average of $3.03 million, or $1,212 a square foot.
