Comedian Craig Ferguson finally sealed the deal on his Malibu home in the gated community of Malibu Cove Colony, selling it for $5.95 million.
The former host of “The Late Late Show” first listed the property in 2015 with an asking price of $7.19 million and after several price cuts, it was most recently listed for $5.9 million.
The buyer is David Casselman, an attorney who is also known for his animal advocacy, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The estimated 3,300-square-foot Cape Cod-style estate, built in 1971, has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with decks on both floors and a fitness room.
Ferguson purchased the property in June 2014 for $5.6 million. He planned to move into the beachfront home with his family but eventually opted to stay at his current home in the Hollywood Hills, according to WSJ.
