Will you take this rose from Maxim Cherniavsky?

The real estate developer and former star of Russia’s version of “The Bachelor” listed his Encino property with an asking price of $8.5 million, The Real Deal has learned.

Cherniavsky remodeled and redesigned the 9,500-square-foot home – turning the former cabin-like interior into a contemporary space.

It last sold for $3 million in 2013, property records show.

The seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom property on White Oak Avenue has vaulted and beamed ceilings with more than $90,000 worth of lighting fixtures. Its large grassy backyard features a pool and a separate cottage.

It was first built in 1976 and designed by California architect Robert Byrd, according to a previous listing.

Cherniavsky redeveloped another property last year in the Outpost Estates of the Hollywood Hills. The 5,200-square-foot house with five bedrooms, five bathrooms listed for $6.95 million and is currently in escrow, according to Redfin.
