Developer Justin Barth of Barth Partners is looking for a hefty profit on his latest finished project.
After extensively remodeling a Bel Air home, he listed it on Monday with an asking price of $13.3 million, The Real Deal has learned.
An entity registered to Barth purchased the property from advertising executive Catherine Benson and her husband Marc for only $2.65 million in 2015, property records show.
The 9,125-square-foot ultra-modern farmhouse on Stone Canyon Road has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a 200-bottle wine wall. Its pool has a built-in tanning ledge with color changing LED lights.
