There were 20 single-family residences sold in West L.A. in the fourth quarter, according to a report by the Agency. They sold for an average of $1.27 million, or $1,089 a square foot.
The homes sold at a less than one percent discount to their asking price.
At the start of 2016, there were 46 homes listed in the area for an average asking price of $3.03 million, or $1,212 a square foot.
