There were 27 single-family residences that traded hands in the fourth quarter in Hollywood Hills East, according to a report by the Agency. They sold for an average of $1.5 million, and $746 a square foot.
The homes sold at a 2.7 percent discount to their listing price.
At the start of 2016, 21 homes were listed in Hollywood Hills East for an average price of $2 million, and $642 a square foot.
