Silicon Beach is about to breathe in a different whiff of AIRE.
Developer Palisades announced Friday it has launched sales at its luxury condominium project, AIRE Santa Monica, with units priced between $900,000 and $1.5 million, or $714 to $882 per square foot.
The Agency and Partners Trust are listing the 19 units at 1433 14th Street.
The prices were roughly in line with median condo sales prices in Santa Monica, which were $908,327 over the past twelve months and $1 million in the month of May, according to research from Teles Properties. On a per-square-foot basis, however, the units are cheaper than the $914 median price in May.
There are nine single-story garden flats, which range from 1,012 to 1,019 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also nine two-story townhomes with split-level roof decks, ranging from 1,517 to 1,605 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The biggest residence on the property is a three-story garden townhome with more than 2,100 square feet of space.

Each residence also has an outdoor space — a deck and/or terrace — with some as large as 800 square feet. The eco-friendly building, designed by JFAK Architects, consists of three residential buildings around a central courtyard with lounging areas, a water feature and green living wall.
True to Santa Monica form, the property’s amenities include custom bikes, an area for bike maintenance and designated storage space for surfboards and bicycles.
