There were 45 homes that traded hands in Malibu in the fourth quarter, for an average price of $3.5 million, according to a report by the Agency.
They sold at an average of $1,037 a square foot and at 6.5 percent over listing price.
At the start of 2016, 118 homes were listed in Malibu for an average price of $5.4 million, or $1,337 a square foot.
