Seems like Mindy Kaling latest project was quite the bust.
The actress and writer unloaded a property in Hollywood Hills West for $1.6 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. That’s less than what the $1.7 million she paid for it four years ago.
The Sunset Strip home spans about 1,600 square feet and contains two bedrooms, 2.75 bathrooms, a galley-style kitchen, and a step-down living room with floor-to-ceiling windows.
“The Mindy Project” creator originally listed the home for $2.6 million in the fall of 2015.
