A whopping 96 condos sold in Santa Monica in the fourth quarter, according to a report by the Agency.
The units sold for an average of $1.3 million, and for $906 a square foot. They traded at 0.46 percent over listing price.
At the start of 2016, 40 condos were on the market in Santa Monica with an average listing price of $1.6 million, or $1,169 a square foot.
