Joe Jonas finally has a permanent home to call his own.
The former Jonas Brothers frontman, who now sings in the band DNCE, has dished out $3.7 million for a newly built farmhouse-style home in the Sherman Oaks area, the L.A. Times reported.
The 5,600-square-foot two-story residence has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It features barn doors, a home theater and a wet bar. Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency represented Jonas, while Robert Diaz of PLG Estates had the listing.
The pop star had been renting a three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house on Cardwell Place near the Sunset Strip for $40,000 a month after selling his Hollywood Hills pad on Fairfax Avenue for $2.9 million last year.
The new house, which also has a fireplace in the master suite, a formal dining room, a pool house and a breakfast nook, came on the market in January for $3.8 million. [LAT] — Cathaleen Chen
