From LLNYC: Far from the city of Compton in the posh Woodland Hills section of Los Angeles, a house once owned by the infamous late rapper Tupac Shakur can be yours.
The house Tupac called home from 1995-96, following his release from prison, just hit the market asking $2.6 million. It was his final residence, as he was gunned down in a fatally drive-by shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada in September 1996 — he was in escrow to purchase it at the time of his death.
Since Tupac’s death the house has sold twice. One of the buyers was former Limp Bizkit and House of Pain member DJ Lethal, who paid $1.2 million in 2003, according to the New York Post.
The house has six-bedroom, five-bathroom, a custom, wood-mantled fireplace, three walk-in closets, a master bath and a pool.
