Joe Dumars, Lee Mintz and the Legacy Beverly Hills (Partners Trust/Legacy Beverly Hills)
Retired professional basketball player Joe Dumars signed a deal to lease a penthouse at Legacy Beverly Hills, a 10-unit luxury condominium property just south of the Golden Triangle.
The lease price could not be confirmed but asking rates for the two penthouses at the property have ranged from $10,000 to $12,000 per month, according to listing records.
The condo building was built in 2016 and has both a 2,341-square-foot penthouse and a 2,206-square-foot penthouse, which share the fourth floor. Both units offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a den and private balcony, according to the Legacy’s website.
Lee Mintz of Partners Trust represented Dumars. Mintz and colleague Rick Ojeda are also the listing agents for the owner.
Dumars was named president of International Sports & Entertainment’s basketball division this month. The NBA Hall of Fame guard also served as president of basketball operations for the Detroit Pistons for 13 seasons.
