Reality television star and fashion designer Lauren Conrad is back at it. This time she is listing a 1950s Cape Cod-style house for $5 million.
Back in 2013, Conrad — who is known for appearing on “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” — picked up the spread in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles for $3.6 million. It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and was formerly owned by reality TV star Jeff Lewis, according to Variety.
Earlier this year, she found a $5 million buyer for her 5,900-square-foot Pacific Palisades bungalow, the Real Deal reported.
