From LLNYC: A little over a month ago photographer and filmmaker Francesco Carrozzini listed his luxury home on a celebrity-loved, gated street in Beverly Hills for $6.9 million. Now, it appears that he has already found a buyer.
The listing’s status was just changed to “pending sale,” meaning he has potentially sold the property, according to the Women’s Wear Daily.
Carrozzini, who is engaged to Anna Wintour’s daughter Bee Shaffer, purchased the 5,446 square-foot property for $5.4 million back in 2015, and has since turned his open floor plan into a beautiful and lavish home. The mansion includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, glass walls, a movie theater, gym, outdoor pool and three-car garage.
