The president of Fox Sports division couldn’t make it to the end zone.
John Entz sold his Manhattan Beach pad on Laurel Avenue for $3.21 million — $200,000 less than its asking price, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The five-bedroom craftsman home spans 3,700 square feet and has an expansive porch and a four-car garage.
Coldwell Banker Residential’s John Corrales and Lauren Forbes represented the Fox exec. Jeremy Shelton of Strand Hill Christie’s International represented the buyer.
Entz purchased the property for $2.28 million in 2011, records show.
