The house that Kim Kardashian’s sex tape helped buy has now traded hands.
Vivid Entertainment co-owner Bill Asher found a buyer for his 5,200-square-foot home on Muirfield Road in Hancock Park listed at $5.75 million, Variety reported. Asher put the residence on the market in early October.
The 1923 white Colonial property has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a butler’s pantry, an expansive backyard and outdoor lounge area. A swimming pool and spa complete the site.
Asher purchased the property in 2008 for $4 million, property records show.
Lisa Hutchins of Coldwell Banker had the listing.
The porn mogul, famous for exposing celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Tila Tequila in sex videos, also owns a 1950s home in the Hollywood Hills. Outside of Los Angeles, Asher holds a 3,450-square-foot villa in Key Biscayne, Fla. and a 3.5-acre compound in Montecito. [Variety] – Natalie Hoberman
