Rami Atherton and the Coachella festival
A real estate agent has been hijacking the Instagram and Facebook feeds of Coachella revelers, Billboard reported.
Nourmand & Associates agent Rami Atherton has been accused of geo-tagging thousands of posts from the music festival with his name in a bid to gain attention for his listings in the L.A. region.
“That is some sneaky s—,” T.V. producer and Coachella attendee Buzz Chatman told Billboard. “It’s a pain in the ass and I can’t change them back so now his name is all over my timeline.”
Atherton, who did not attend the festival, denied that the move was a publicity stunt, saying that the tags were accidental.
