TV producer Tricia Small just sold her Malibu residence for $3.5 million, after it spent a year on the market listed at $3.7 million.
According to property records, Small purchased the four-bedroom modern abode in 2002 for $1.2 million. The 4,612-square-foot house features an array of luxury accommodations, including a 750-bottle refrigerated wine cellar, gold marble bathroom appliances and a theater.
Small, the executive producer of the TV series “Salem,” purchased another residence in Malibu for just under $4 million last year. [TMZ] — Cathaleen Chen
