Michael Condon Sr. and Jr. leave JLL for Cushman & Wakefield

Father-and-son brokers Michael Condon Sr. and Michael Condon Jr. have resigned from JLL and have joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown L.A. office, The Real Deal has learned.

Managing director Condon Sr. and senior vice president Condon Jr. left with vice presidents Brendan O’Shaughnessy, Steven Brey and Michelle Fajardo. All five brokers have made the transition to Cushman & Wakefield.

A Cushman & Wakefield spokesperson confirmed the moves but declined to comment on the broker’s new titles. Sources said Condon Sr. would take on a regional position.

A spokesperson for JLL declined to comment.

DTZ’s acquired of Cushman & Wakefield last year, keeping the C&W name and sending out shockwaves through the commercial real estate industry. The broker shakeup in Los Angeles has continued since.
