The Sunset Strip in West Hollywood
There were 81 homes that sold on the Sunset Strip for more than $1 million in the first quarter, according to a report by the Agency.
Sales volume was flat when compared with the same period last year, but pricing increased. The average price for a luxury home over $1 million rose 18.6 percent to $3.36 million.
The average price per square foot rose 15.2 percent to $1,096.
