Renderings reveal the design for the 31-story tower Jamison Services and Hankey Investments are planning on the border of Westlake and Koreatown at 2908 Wilshire Boulevard. The project would have 644 apartments and 13,200 square feet of commercial space. (credit: buzzbuzzhome)

New designs show a two-building, 391-unit development by developer Forest City Enterprises, dubbed 11x12. The buildings will sit at 1100 South Hill Street and 1201 South Main Street in South Park. The Real Deal recently reported that Cypress Equities has acquired a majority stake, or 1 million square feet, in the Burbank Town Center shopping plaza for $250 million and plans to pump an additional $55 million into renovations and upgrades.
