There were 17 homes over $1 million that sold in Cheviot Hills in the first quarter, according to a report by The Agency.
Houses in the area, which is said to be home to William Shatner and Jonah Hill, sold for an average of $2.2 million, and $746 a square foot. The homes sold at 4 percent above listing price.
As of April 2016, there were 16 homes on the market for an average price of $2.8 million. They listed at an average of $811 a square foot.
