In the first quarter, 27 homes sold in Beverlywood for more than $1 million, according to a report on luxury real estate by the Agency.
The homes sold for an average of $1.43 million, and $701 a square foot.
As of April, there were 28 homes on the market in the area for an average listing price of $1.6 million, and $716 a square foot.
