Michael C. Hall and his Los Feliz home
Actor Michael C. Hall is listing his 1920-era Spanish Colonial home in Los Feliz for $4.85 million.
The “Dexter” star, also known for his turns in cult hits such as “Six Feet Under,” bought the 5,618-square-foot, six-bedroom pad for $3.83 million in 2013, according to Variety, which first spotted the listing.
It’s not the first time the home has been on the market. It was briefly listed for $4.5 million in 2014.

The property comes with a detached guesthouse, a three-car garage and a rectangular swimming pool.
