The long-time Trousdale home of late “Brady Bunch” creator Sherwood Shwartz sold last summer for $7.2 million. Now, it is back on the market for just under $12 million — and it’s barely recognizable.

The single-story Beverly Hills residence at 1865 Carla Ridge was built in 1969 but has undergone intensive renovations, spearheaded by celebrity designer Trip Haenisch.

Known as the Varnum Residence, the 5,500-square-foot home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The spanking new modern abode features Miele appliances, a 200-bottle wine cellar, and floors made of marble and oak. The master bedroom suite has its own office. Outside, the half-acre property includes a spa, pool, fire pit and three cabanas.

Schwartz died in 2011 at 94. Before being a producer and creating “The Brady Bunch,” he wrote for radio shows, including “The Bob Hope Show” and “The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet.” [Curbed]Cathaleen Chen
