After 25 years working on “The Simpsons” as a producer and casting director, Bonita Pietila is selling her happy home in Burbank, The Real Deal has learned.
Erica Carver of Douglas Elliman is the listing agent on the three-bedroom, nearly 3,000-square-foot house. With a pricetag of almost $1.4 million, Pietila seeks an almost $1.1 million profit on the house she bought for $315,000 in 1993. Ay Caramba!
The Spanish Colonial-style estate has hardwood floors, an expansive living room and formal dining room, a shaded patio area, a large pool and a firepit. It sits on a 15,000-square-foot lot surrounded by greenery.
Pietila is not the only one in the Simpsons family selling property. The show’s co-creator Sam Simon recently sold his Pacific Palisades home for $12.5 million.
