The Venice headquarters of Andrew Keegan’s spiritual organization Full Circle is now available for the bargain price of $5.2 million, or just over $830 a square foot. That’s a significant drop from the $6.5 million the ownership was asking when it first listed the building last year.
The property, known as Rose Temple, has been a tough to sell thanks to zoning restrictions that require that it remain a worship space or be used as a private home, the Los Angeles Business Journal reported.
An LLC connected to the waste management firm BLT acquired the property at 305 Rose Avenue from Saber Realty Advisors in August 2014 for $4.5 million.
It’s unclear what might happen to the actor’s organization should the property change hands. Full Circle has been leasing the property since April 2014 on a month-to-month basis, paying $12,500 a month, The Real Deal previously reported.
Keegan is best known for his roles in “10 Things I Hate About You” and “Party of Five.”
